The Board of Directors is assisted by specialized technical committees formed by the Board, which serve in an advisory capacity. Each committee consists of one or more board members — one of whom acts as the committee rapporteur — along with a number of club members possessing expertise relevant to the committee’s area of work. The selection of members is made by the Board in accordance with the club’s Articles of Association.

The total number of members in any committee shall not exceed ten, including the rapporteur, and shall not be fewer than three. A meeting quorum is established when at least this minimum number is present.

The Board has the authority to approve or reject these recommendations without the obligation to provide reasons.
