As part of its commitment to public health and member education, the Automobile and Touring Club of Egypt, through the Cultural and Social Committees in Marina, is organizing a special seminar at the club’s Marina rest house on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 8:00 PM.
The seminar is titled:
“Eat Right, Live Right: Your Guide to a Healthy Life During the Summer in Sahel”
The club will host Dr. Nahla El-Bakry, a nutritionist and lifestyle behavior specialist, and a member of the club. She will deliver a talk on healthy eating habits during the summer season and how to adopt a balanced lifestyle while spending holidays on the coast.
The event is held under the supervision of:

Mr. Nabil El-Besheishy – Head of the Cultural Committee
