The Automobile and Touring Club of Egypt organized a distinguished intellectual seminar on Monday evening, hosting the author and political thinker Dr. Amr El-Shobky. This event was part of the cultural seminar series overseen by the club under the presidency of Eng. Helmy Eissa.
