Each committee consists of one or more board members \u2014 one of whom acts as the committee rapporteur \u2014 along with a number of club members possessing expertise relevant to the committee\u2019s area of work. The selection of members is made by the Board in accordance with the club\u2019s Articles of Association.<\/p><p>The total number of members in any committee shall not exceed ten, including the rapporteur, and shall not be fewer than three. A meeting quorum is established when at least this minimum number is present.<\/p><p>Minutes must be prepared for every meeting held by these committees and submitted to the Executive Office, and subsequently to the Board of Directors, accompanied by the necessary recommendations.
